I am a service designer, researcher and project manager working for social & regenerative change
I help organisations by managing projects, conducting research, facilitating participatory processes and developing strategies for regenerative and social transformation.
I believe that real social and planetary change can
only be achieved through a systemic, participatory, and planet-centered approach, co-creating futures that positively impact communities, the environment and organisations by considering decolonial, holistic and collaborative perspectives.
My approach
Systemic thinking
Everything is interconnected and co-exist
Systemic-thinking approach that considers the whole ecosystem
of a project. From people to their relationships with society, the environment, more-than-human stakeholders, organisations,
local communities and diverse cultural realities.
Design not for, but with people
Co-design
Participatory approach that believes that value comes from
enabling real co-creation. Shifting the relationship between the project moderator versus people impacted by involving, sharing power and bringing to the process people who the project is about.
Every new or existing solution and organisation have a planetary impact. Recognising and considering it inside a project is the first step to mitigate negative environmental and social impact and to potentially create regenerative solutions for people and the planet.

Being innovative means creating value to people-organisations-planet. Value creation means meeting needs and offering useful and propositional solutions for the whole project ecosystem.
