ABOUT ME
I am a service designer with over 7 years of experience in strategic projects with private and public sectors. So far, my professional journey has afforded me the opportunity to work with a global service design consultancy, a leading proptech startup, one of the world's largest B Corp cosmetic groups, and most recently, an electric vehicle charging company based in the Netherlands.
Over the past years I've been redirecting my career to sustainable and social impact methodologies, studies and projects. Applying the holistic and systemic approach of service design to achieve "Tripple Bottom Line" results on projects and companies that commit to focusing as much on social and environmental concerns as they do on profits.

As a senior service designer I collaborated with the group's brands developing new services and improving the experience in the journey of our consumers and retailers. At Natura&Co, certified as a B corp, I had the opportunity to work on projects with the purpose of generating a positive impact for people and the planet. To achieve this, I applied, within the service design approach, the Planet Centric Design methodology, which expands the vision of human-centric design to a planet-centric in a holistic and responsible way.
I was part of the Research Ops' squad as an UX Research Specialist, my main challenge was to raise the quality of user research and its operation within the product design team. In 2020, I collaborated conducting user research for new digital products propositions for housing, with focus on generating revenue.
At Livework I worked as service design consultant and project leader on innovation projects, development and improvement of services, discovery of user experience, definition of digital strategies for business transformation and educational projects about the design approach.
I collaborated on all stages of the design projects, from discovery to delivery. In 2019, I've become a project leader, where I also took over management of the project, the team and the relationship with the clients.
Among the clients I've worked with are brands such as Itaú, Unimed, Elo, Braskem, Bradesco, Facebook, PLAN International, Roche and Raia Drogasil.
Part of the design in-house team on a mission to enable a future with less CO2 and design smarter energy ecosystems, enabling people to drive electric and charge smartly. As a senior service designer I am responsible for leading holistic and user-centred projects to improve the on the go charging experience for the whole ecosystem, along with a cross functional team.
