ABOUT ME
I am proudly an intersectional and decolonial feminist from Brazil.
I hold expertise in strategic design, research, facilitation, and project management from a background of eight years working as a service designer, researcher, innovation consultant and project leader across NGOs, consultancies, startups, public and private organisations in South America and Northern Europe.
Over the past years I've been redirecting my career to regenerative and social change projects, applying the holistic and systemic approach of service design to develop better scenarios for people, organisations and the planet.
Recently, I completed a Master’s in Leadership for Sustainability at Malmö University, in Sweden. My thesis explored how Indigenous Peoples can share leadership alongside Western institutions in global environmental governance, more specifically at UNFCCC COP. The study was grounded in Collaborative Leadership theory, combining the perspective of Decolonial theories with qualitative research with Indigenous Leaders from around the world.
Bringing together academic and corporate experience, I approach every
project with systemic thinking, a curious research-driven mindset, cross-sector experience, and the belief in genuine collaboration to drive real change.

As a senior service designer I was responsible for leading holistic and user-centred projects to improve the on the go charging experience for the whole ecosystem, along with a cross functional team.

As a senior service designer I collaborated with the group's brands developing new services and improving the experience in the journey of our consumers and retailers. At Natura&Co, certified as a B corp, I had the opportunity to work on projects with the purpose of generating a positive impact for people and the planet. To achieve this, I applied, within the service design approach, the Planet Centric Design methodology, which expands the vision of human-centric design
to a planet-centric in a holistic and responsible way.

At Livework I worked as service design consultant and project leader on innovation projects, development and improvement
of services, discovery of user experience, definition of digital strategies for business transformation and educational projects about the design approach.

In 2019, I've become a project leader, where I also took over management of the project, the team and the relationship with the clients.
